Our signature yoga class, Modern Hot Yoga, is a combination of the classic hot 26 and 2 style and modern day vinyasa; or more commonly named Biykasa coined by Gabriel Azoulay. This 75 minute all levels course is heated, humidified, and with some tunes you can dance to! Modern Hot Yoga is a sequenced class so you’ll get the same sequence with minor changes to keep you on your toes.

Be prepared for: loud music and heat!

*MOdern Hot yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that works deep into the body’s connective tissues through long, passive holds. It’s designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support nervous system regulation—it is meant to undo all the tension that sitting at a desk causes. It is done primarily on the ground working a fascial release. This class is not heated and is 60 min long.

Be prepared for: Deep breathing, long holds, wear something comfy.

*Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is an ever changing 60 minute class with light heat and no humidity. Vinyasa is faster paced moving one movement to one breath with music. You might find the class themed towards different muscle groups, seasons, intentions or even philosophy. Each class will be different every time you come. Treat it like an etch-a-sketch, we practice it then shake it away.

Be prepared for: faster movement and fast breathing.
