This winter inspired slow flow will feature gentle hands on assists and a herbal tasting guide by student naturopath and teacher Mikayla. She'll take you through the in's and outs of blending tea, and allow you to make your own to take home. This is an all levels event, meant for gentle movement. Please bring with you a yoga mat and wear something you feel comfortable to move in. No refunds will be issued for non- attendance.
